We are delighted to welcome Fen and Sam to the Chalets De Charme team for Winter 2015-16 as our new chef and hosts. They are currently travelling around India after working the Summer as chefs for the funky Cafe Dish company...what a nice life!
Fen tells us that at 25 they felt it was time to learn to ski/board and have an adventure, so they left their jobs in Brighton and headed to Meribel for their first season last year - they loved it and caught the bug! Sam is a trained chef with fine dining background and Fen had studied for her undergraduate and masters degrees at Sussex university and then went on to work in a specialist centre for autistic children. They both love travelling, experiencing new things ( especially new food!) and meeting people and can't wait to get back to the mountains this Winter!'
