Our courses are run by experienced professionals currently working in the hospitality industry in the Alps. From chalet hosting to property management they have a wealth of knowledge to impart. We accept students from 16 years to 19 years old.
Both the UK and French Courses are the same, but with less travel time the UK Course runs for 5 nights and the French course for 6 nights.
The cost of the 5 night course is £699 and the 6 night course £749.

Choose either our 5 night Dorset coastal based course or 6 night French Mountain based course.
We aim to build confidence for the less experienced chef to have you happily hosting and catering for large groups by the end of the week. We will also furnish you with the skills to survive in the snowy mountains with practical skills from snow clearing to putting snow chains on a minibus and general chalet maintenance, duties and cleaning. By the end of the course our experienced team will guide you through application and interview process and put you in touch with local Chalet companies looking for staff.
The cost of travel/flights, insurance and your choice of afternoon off activity, rafting, via ferrata, parapente, Nvq exam fee of £15, mountain biking etc!
